Preferably in front of a mirror so you can see your beautiful self, or wherever you are most comfortable

Each morning before you get ready for the day, or any time during the day that you need a pick me up or attitude adjustment!
5 Easy Steps to Practicing Your Daily Mindful Moment Radiance Ritual! you!
1. Roll out your mantra makeup mat on the surface in front of you.
2. Close your eyes and take 2 to 3 deep breaths in and out. Take your time here! Slower is better. As you inhale think JOY, as you exhale, release any negative thoughts or feelings.
3. Look at yourself in the mirror, smile, and say “Hello beautiful!” (or “hello gorgeous”, “hello sexy lady”, or any other greeting that feels uplifting to you).
4. Say one thing you most love about yourself. For example: I love the way you light up a room! Or… I love your sense of humor.
5. Give yourself a dose of positivity by repeating the mantra* on your Mantra Makeup Mat™ three times
s-l-o-w-l-y! Pause after each time you read it, close your eyes and let it sink into your body.
